Elias Sayias is the visionary founder of ILIKOS Consulting Group. Since stepping into the pharmaceutical industry in 2008, Elias has been on a quest to redefine excellence in commercial strategy, business development, and client relationship management. His journey led to the inception of ILIKOS CG in 2019, where he set out to craft a nexus of made-to-measure solutions while promoting local talent and creating platforms for professional development and advancement of clinical research.

Elias's professional saga is marked by pivotal roles in notable Pharmaceutical and Contract Research Organizations (CROs), developing a deep understanding of clinical operations across the spectrum of development and combining them with advanced commercial perspectives and market dynamics. A strategic thinker and a global collaborator, Elias has nurtured partnerships with CROs, biopharmaceutical and medical technology companies across North America, Europe, the META regions and Asia. During the course of his career he has developed, negotiated and concluded deals resulting in new revenue streams exceeding 250 million USDs.
